When Omega discovers a compass in the junkyard, the Bad Batch find themselves treasure hunting in a tomb on an isolated world.

After a routine trip to the junkyard to find a compressor, Omega returns to Cid’s with a pile of junk she found fascinating. Included in the pile is a compass that has coordinates to a mysterious world in unmarked territory. Phee Genoa quickly fills Omega’s head with fantasy’s of lost treasure, and before they know it, the Bad Batch is off on another adventure. However, they have stumbled onto something far bigger than they anticipated. Join us as we break down the latest episode of The Bad Batch in this episode of Podcast Stardust.

In this fully armed and operational episode of Podcast Stardust, we discuss:

  • How this episode seems very much inspired by video games like Jedi: Fallen Order,
  • Omega’s hero worship of Phee Genoa and what, if any, friction that causes with Hunter,
  • How the compass might have ended up in a junkyard to begin with,
  • What the ancient civilization might have been that built Skara Nal, and
  • Whether this episode might be leading to something else and how it fits in the overall narrative.
