Tech steps in for a racing droid in a major race in an attempt to save Cid from an old acquaintance when her freedom is on the line.
While Hunter and Echo are away on another mission, Cid assigns Wrecker, Tech, and Omega as her security detail for a visit to a race track. Cid’s prized racing droid, TAY-0, is about to make her a lot of money…until he loses to Cid’s rival, Millegi. Just before the rematch, TAY-0 becomes unable to race, and this forces Tech into the driver’s seat. This episode of The Bad Batch has shades of the pod race from The Phantom Menace, and we are breaking it down on this episode of Podcast Stardust.
