Podcast Stardust #395: Rebels – Legacy of Mandalore – 0316

by Podcast Stardust

When Sabine returns to her family on Krownest with the Darksaber, but she must confront Gar Saxon and the Empire if she hopes to reunite her people.

Sabine has confronted her demons, and now she is ready to return to Krownest and confront her family. However, when she gets there, things aren’t easy. Her mother, the Countess Ursa Wren, has maintained a delicate balance between Mandalore and the Empire in order to protect their clan and family. Sabine’s return complicates that, not to mention she brought Rebels and Jedi with her. Sabine has the Darksaber though, and she still hopes to reunite the Mandalorians. Can she win over her family first? We discuss “Legacy of Mandalore” in this episode of Podcast Stardust.

In this fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:

  • Sabine’s return and crash landing on Krownest,
  • The introduction of Ursa Wren and her reception of Sabine,
  • The state of Clan Wren after Sabine was deemed to betray Mandalore,
  • More lore surrounding the Darksaber and how it influenced The Book of Boba Fett,
  • The arrival of Gar Saxon, and
  • Sabine’s decision at the end of this episode.
