Joey from the Animanicast recently moderated a panel covering “The Last Jedi and the Future of Star Wars” at Tucson Comicon 2017 along with Jason from “The Wampa’s Lair” and Kyle from “Star Wars: The Saga Continues.”
The panel features a discussion of the yet-untitled “Han Solo Standalone film” as well as a discussion of “Star Wars, Episode VIII: The Last Jedi.”
This was the fourth year Tucson Comicon featured a panel with these panelists. They have previously hosted Star Wars Trivia panels and on “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.”
Solo
Before getting into a discussion of “The Last Jedi,” the panelists discuss the upcoming standalone film “Solo” and Ron Howard being hired after Lord and Miller were fired by Lucasfilm. How has Ron Howard helped fans get excited about a film that, to date, we know very little about.

“The Last Jedi and the Future of Star Wars” at Tucson Comic Con 2017
The Animanicast is a podcast dedicated to the classic animated television series Animaniacs. Join your hosts Joey, Nathan and Kelly as they revisit each episode in the order in which they were released.
