The Deucecast Movie Show #405: The Actor Draft

by RetroZap Staff

If you could sign five actors to a studio contract to only work for you which actors would you draft.

In this last regular episode of the year, before next week’s DeuceGiving and the Christmas season gets going, Mikey, Dave and #TwitterlessDrEarl set up a fictitious movie studio in the vein of classic movie studios that would sign actors to mega deals. Thus our first of many Draft Episodes kick off.

…But first, birthday movies! Hunger Games Mockingjay Part 1 turns 5… The Blind Side turns 10… National Treasure is 15… Dogma is 20… and Supergirl with Helen Slater is… 35??

And what better way to play a game called Chronology than to invite in the Spawn of the Pride of Albany Georgia, young Garrison Ryfun!  Lil G helps put the movies in order along with a whining Mikey and a brilliant #TwitterlessDrEarl.

Finally… pretend a movie studio has come to each of the crew and given an unlimited budget to sign FIVE actors to an exclusive deal.  The guys begin the draft and pick their choices one by one to be in their studios… who gets picked?  Who gets left on the table?

And finally… everyone knows ABBA follows Kenny… but for the first time, the question that everyone has been asking is answered… what follows ABBA…?
