Star Trek: Discovery

These are the voyages of the USS Discovery! The first trailer for the highly anticipated series, Star Trek: Discovery, arrived this week! The series is set in a pre-Kirk era, and follows first officer Michael Burnham (Sonequa Martin Green) and Captain Lorca (Jason Isaacs). The trailer looks amazing, plenty of space action, aliens, and mystery. The series will have 15 episodes in this initial season. Star Trek: Discovery debuts this fall on CBS All Access.

Arrested Development

Never nudes rejoice! The Bluth family will return for season five on Netfilx in 2018. All original cast members are set to return, as well as creator Mitchell Hurwitz. No word on an official air date as of yet. Season five is about a year away at least, plenty of time to get the banana stand ready.

The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance

Big news from Netflix! The iconic 1982 film, The Dark Crystal, is getting the television treatment as a new series to appear on Netflix. The Dark Crystal: Age of Resistance will be a prequel series, set decades before the events from the original film. It will feature state of the art puppets, not CGI! Set for 10 episodes, the series begins shooting this fall. Check out the teaser for the series here.
