No doubt, one of the most negatively received episodes, Jack has to not only make a choice to save Ben, but has to figure out how to save Juliet. Sawyer and Kate are on their way back to the main island with Karl. Flashbacks focus on Jack and his time in Phuket and how he got his tattoos.
