Flashbacks focus on Jack and his downward spiral.  Join Mike, Kory and Steven as they take a look at Season 3, Episode 1 of LOST and prepare to eat..a grilled cheese sandwich!

On the 49th episode, Mike, Kory and Steven review and discuss the season 3 premiere of LOST! Jack is split up from Kate and Sawyer, who themselves are in now in cages. Juliet is sent in to begin cracking down the barriers of Jack’s defenses. Things are about to get unpleasant. Flashbacks focus on Jack, off-island, after the breakdown of Jack and Sarah’s marriage and the storm that is Jack’s current life track. Mike, Kory and Steven also take a look at the pop culture references and give a glimpse into the next episode!
