Podcast Stardust #85: The Clone Wars – Dangerous Debt – 0707

by Podcast Stardust

Ahsoka, Trace, and Rafa find themselves in a Pyke prison and need a plot to escape in the latest episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

In the seventh episode of the seventh season of The Clone Wars, Ahsoka finds herself in a Pyke prison with the Martez sisters. There is blame to spread and deflect as to how they got here, and in the process, Ahsoka learns of how Rafa and Trace ended up on their own. Now, the three of them must escape before the Pykes discover there is no spice to be recovered.

On this fully armed and operational edition of the podcast, we discuss:

  • How Trace and Rafa lost their parents,
  • The story decisions that portray Jedi as disconnected,
  • Ahsoka’s growing realization of how the galaxy works,
  • The resourcefulness of Trace,
  • Mysterious figures that discover Ahsoka is among the Pykes, and
  • How this story fits into a larger story arc.
