Podcast Stardust #73: The Clone Wars – On the Wings of Keeradaks – 0703

by Podcast Stardust

Rex, Anakin, and the Bad Batch must escape from the Separatists with the aid of the Poletecs and their flying keeradaks on the latest episode of Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

Finding Echo in the last episode was only part of the job. Now, Anakin, Rex, and the Bad Batch must escape from the Separatist base. It isn’t easy and Wat Tambor has some nasty surprises in store for them. In addition, when Anakin and his team arrive at the Poletec village, they are followed by a Separatist army. This episode has plenty to discuss and we are ready to take it on.

On this fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:

  • Anakin, Rex, and the Bad Batch’s fight against the Separatists,
  • The return of octuptarra droids,
  • The evolution of the animation in The Clone Wars,
  • How this episode calls back to “Defenders of Peace,” and
  • Similarities between this episode and the gungans from The Phantom Menace.

Thanks for joining us for another episode. Please subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts and spread the word to all of your Star Wars friends. May the Force be with you!
