Podcast Stardust #57: The Clone Wars Crash Course

by Podcast Stardust

With Star Wars: The Clone Wars returning on February 21, Dennis and Jay provide a crash course in what you need to know or review prior to the return.

The final season of Star Wars: The Clone Wars will soon arrive on Disney+. While many fans are familiar with the series, others are newer to the Star Wars franchise and only have limited exposure to The Clone Wars. There isn’t much time left to catch up on The Clone Wars, so Dennis and Jay got together to review some of the highlights and episodes of  the series that are likely to have the largest impact on the final season.

In another fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:

  • The return of Darth Maul after The Phantom Menace,
  • The rise of Savage Opress,
  • The role of the Nightsisters in the galactic conflict,
  • Duchess Satine and Bo Katan’s role on Mandalore,
  • Death Watch and their influence in conquering Mandalore,
  • Ahsoka Tano’s role in the galactic conflict and departure from the Jedi Order,
  • A suggested list of episodes to watch.

Thanks for joining us for another episode. Please subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts and spread the word to all of your Star Wars friends. May the Force be with you!

Podcast Stardust is the fully armed and operational podcast inspired by the code name for the Death Star. Hosted by first-generation Star Wars fans, Dennis Keithly and Jay Krebs, Podcast Stardust endeavors to bring thought provoking discussion on recent Star Wars news on a weekly basis. Between news episodes, Dennis and Jay review the latest episodes from Star Wars television covering everything from ResistanceRebels, and The Clone Wars to The Mandalorian and other live action productions on Disney+. Of course, Podcast Stardust wouldn’t be complete without thematic discussions, top ten lists, and interviews on everything from Star Wars literature, comics, and the films themselves.
