Podcast Stardust #548: The Mandalorian – Chapter 20 – The Foundling

by Podcast Stardust

Bo-Katan leads the Children of the Watch on a mission to recover a foundling while Grogu reflects on his past in the Jedi Temple during Order 66.

Bo-Katan has found, at least for now, a new home with the Children of the Watch. When a Mandalorian child is taken away by a raptor, she wastes no time in forming a hunting party with the Mandalorian to track it down. Meanwhile, Grogu remains behind with the Armorer. As she teaches him about Mandalorian culture and the value of the forge in Mandalorian society, Grogu reflects on his past. More specifically, he remembers his escape from the Jedi Temple during Order 66. Join us as we dive into the details of Chapter 20 of The Mandalorian.

In this fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:

  • The Mandalorian’s insistence that Grogu begin training as a Mandalorian,
  • How Bo-Katan fits into the Children of the Watch,
  • Bo-Katan’s mission to recover the stolen child,
  • Grogu’s reflection on his escape from the Jedi Temple during Order 66,
  • The return of a Star Wars actor in a new and pivotal role, and
  • The honor bestowed upon Bo-Katan by the Armorer for honoring the Creed.
