Podcast Stardust #33: Cashing in My Chips

by Podcast Stardust

The Rise of Skywalker is a week away and Star Wars news is in a lull right before its release. Still, the fully armed and operational podcast has a few things to talk about.

It doesn’t seem possible, but in a week, the Star Wars Saga concludes with the release of The Rise of Skywalker. There will certainly be plenty of news after the new movie, but things are on the quiet side now. Still, there are a few noteworthy items to go over, and Dennis and Jay cover them in this week’s edition of Star Wars news.

On this episode, we discuss:

  • The name of Dominic Monaghan’s character in The Rise of Skywalker,
  • A seizure warning for The Rise of Skywalker,
  • Daisy Ridley’s souvenir from the set,
  • Oscar Isaac and John Boyega’s potential for Disney+ Star Wars series, and
  • Jon Favreau’s potential for more Star Wars projects.

Thanks for joining us for another episode. Please subscribe wherever you listen to podcasts and spread the word to all of your Star Wars friends. May the Force be with you!

Podcast Stardust is the fully armed and operational podcast inspired by the code name for the Death Star. Hosted by first-generation Star Wars fans, Dennis Keithly and Jay Krebs, Podcast Stardust endeavors to bring thought provoking discussion on recent Star Wars news on a weekly basis. Between news episodes, Dennis and Jay review the latest episodes from Star Wars television covering everything from ResistanceRebels, and The Clone Wars to The Mandalorian and other live action productions on Disney+. Of course, Podcast Stardust wouldn’t be complete without thematic discussions, top ten lists, and interviews on everything from Star Wars literature, comics, and the films themselves.
