We continue our discussion of Star Wars: Visions with a review of the final four episodes: T0-B1, The Elder, Lop and Ocho, and Akakiri.
Although we began our discussion of Star Wars: Visions in our last episode, there is still plenty to talk about. On this episode, we review the final four episodes. Join us as we give our thoughts about a Professor on a barren world trying to bring life to the desert while his child-like droid dreams of becoming a Jedi. Next, our discussion turns to an ancient evil that confronts two Jedi in the Outer Rim. After that, we discuss a story of chosen family, inheritance, and destiny in “Lop & Ocho.” Finally, we discuss themes of destiny in “Akakiri.”
On this fully armed and operational episode, we discussed:
- The droid that dreams of becoming a real Jedi in “T0-B1,”
- A confrontation between a Sith-like being and a Jedi and his apprentice in “The Elder,”
- The themes of adopted family and doing what one thinks is right in “Lop & Ocho,” and
- Destiny as found in “Akakiri.”
