Podcast Stardust #28: The Mandalorian Chapter 4 – Sanctuary

by Podcast Stardust

This week’s discussion of The Mandalorian on the fully armed and operational podcast features the introduction of Cara Dune as we discuss Chapter 4 – “Sanctuary.”

The Mandalorian is now on the run with the Child, and he needs a place to lie low. However, his first choice has complications in the form of former Rebel Shocktrooper turned mercenary: Cara Dune. The opportunity for the pair to team up arises and they defend a village in Chapter 4 of The Mandalorian: “Sanctuary.”

On this episode, we discuss:

  • The consequences of Mandalorians removing their helmets,
  • Cara Dune’s past and introduction,
  • The young widow’s offer to the Mandalorian,
  • The raiders, their AT-ST, and their attack on the village, and
  • The similarity of this episode to the “Bounty Hunters” episode of The Clone Wars.
