Podcast Stardust #149: Rebels – Fire Across the Galaxy – 0115

by Podcast Stardust

In the finale of season one of Rebels, the crew of the Ghost rescues Kanan with the help of some unexpected allies.

Kanan has been taken to Mustafar for interrogation by Tarkin and the Grand Inquisitor. However, Hera, Ezra, Sabine, and Chopper have a plan to get him back. As with so many rescue plans, things go awry. Fear not though, Chopper finds reinforcements and returns to save the day in the season one finale of Rebels.

In this fully armed and operational episode, we discuss:

  • Sabine’s return to the Imperial shipyard,
  • The return of a specific TIE fighter,
  • Hera’s ask of the crew for help,
  • The crew as a family, and not just a team,
  • Kanan giving up his fear to find strength in the Force,
  • Chopper returning with the cavalry, and
  • The surprise reveals at the end of the episode.
