Pacific Rim: Uprising
The Kaiju are coming, and they’re bigger and badder than ever! A new trailer for Pacific Rim: Uprising shows a ton of monster and robot battles, plus a deeper look into the main character, Jake Pentecost (played by John Boyega). The action looks intense! The main plot revolves around Kaijus being released onto Earth from their locked gateway. The mystery is: who would release them, and why? Pacific Rim: Uprising hits theaters March 23.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi
Congratulations are in order for Star Wars: The Last Jedi! The film received four Oscar nominations: original score by John Williams, visual effects, sound editing, and sound mixing. This nomination makes a total of 51 Oscar nominations for the master John Williams – more than any living person! Tune into the Oscars, hosted by Jimmy Kimmel, on March 4.
Star Wars Rebels
The final season of Star Wars Rebels will premiere February 19! The final season will be three weeks long, with two back-to-back episodes each week. There will be one huge, 90 minute series finale on Monday, March 5. An epic trailer for the final season debuted as well, featuring the return of one of Star Wars’ greatest villains, Emperor Palpatine (voiced by none other than Ian McDiarmid himself!). What does fate have in store for the heroes, how will it all end? Star Wars Rebels‘ final season begins Monday, February 19 on Disney XD.
