TV news abound! New trailers and teasers for Netflix’s Jessica Jones and Lost in Space! Plus Brainiac is headed to Krypton, and The Last Jedi comes home!
This week is all about upcoming tv releases, including Marvel’s Jessica Jones, Lost in Space on Netflix, and Krypton on Syfy. Also announced this week are the features for the soon to be released digital and DVD versions of Star Wars: The Last Jedi! And some special news on Mark Hamill!

Jessica Jones
“Her life. Her business. Her way.” A new trailer for the second season of Jessica Jones on Netflix has arrived! Season two looks to have Jessica dealing with her past traumas with some anger management classes, and, classical Jessica style, some physical clashes. She may not have asked for her powers, but now she’s going to use them for good, and justice for herself and her family. Jessica Jones season two premiers on Netflix March 8.
Lost in Space
Netflix is rebooting the classic Lost in Space, and here is a new teaser trailer for it! The new series will star Parker Posey, Molly Parker, Toby Stephens, and Ignacia Serricchio. There isn’t too much shown in the teaser–it is the basic set-up of the family Robinson heading out to space for new colonization. But of course things go array. This is shaping up to be a more serious Lost in Space, which could be a cool take on the series. Lost in Space comes to Netflix April 13.
Krypton
Brainiac is coming! To the small screen, that is. The first official photo, plus a new featurette, of Brianiac in the upcoming series Krypton was delivered this week! Actor Blake Ritson will portray the villain, and he looks very much like the comic book adaptations–check out the photo here. One of the coolest things in the teaser is Brainiac’s famous skull shaped ship. The ship looks amazing and very creepy! Krypton debuts on Syfy March 21.
Star Wars: The Last Jedi & Mark Hamill
Bring the Force and friends home on Digital March 13, and On-Demand and Blu-ray March 27! Star Wars: The Last Jedi is set for release soon, and will include a lot of bonus features. The special features include: a behind the scenes look with director Rian Johnson (“The Director and the Jedi”), scene breakdowns, a set called “Balance of the Force” in which Johnson describes why he choose to interpret the Force how he did, audio commentary, and 14 deleted scenes!

Also announced this week in Star Wars news–Mr. Mark Hamill will get his own star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame! Set to present the star are the master George Lucas and the great Harrison Ford! The ceremony is set for March 8 at El Capitan Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard. Congrats to the iconic, legendary Mark Hamill!
