He paralyzes his victims before brutally murdering them. And it looks like he’s got Oliver and friends in his sights. After confirming with each other that they’ve been getting threatening messages, the team begins to track down the dangerous murderer. Oliver tries to be a good father to his troubled son, who’s been kicked out of school. But William just wants a normal life and calls his grandparents to come take him away. Oliver and Felicity plead with him to understand they’re trying to do what’s best for him, but with the lifestyle they lead, it’s hard to argue with William’s logic. Dina leads a team to an abandoned house to find some very disturbing evidence of their psychotic stalker, but he surprises them when he attacks, leaving Dinah grasping at life. Then the killer incapacitates Oliver, Felicity, and William leaving them at his mercy. In the future, our heroes are abducted and held by Blackstar until they find out a surprising twist that could change their mission entirely.
