After Wakko accidentally finds a way to view international TV stations, the Warners come across a Russian version of their show! The trio travel to Russia to stop the impersonators and run into Animaniacs song writer Randy Rogel!

The Brain is about to acquire Quantium from a meteorite but a toddler eats it! Pinky and the Brain must find a way to get the element back from the little boy who has become incredibly powerful and dangerous.
