Hearts of Twilight
Hearts of Twilight is a classic episode of Animaniacs that almost never came to be. Influenced heavily by “Apocalypse Now” and the documentary “Hearts of Darkness” this cartoon written by Paul Rugg was initially rejected by Tom Ruegger! Paul talks to the Animanicast and explains how he wrote the episode and why it’s one of his favorite episodes of the show. Tom then welcomes a very famous director and asks him questions that we’ve all wanted the answers to. This is an episode that will make you chant “Froynlaven!”
